Features
EKAN® FLEX 100-R is a highly effective high-range water-reducing superplasticizer based on naphthalene sulfonate.
Thanks to its special formula, EKAN® FLEX 100-R improves workability and facilitates concrete placement. It is suitable for use in conditions where high workability is desired, in situations requiring high early strength, and in the production of precast concrete.
EKAN® FLEX 100-R contributes to concrete impermeability by reducing the water/cement ratio.
It is recommended not to mix or use EKAN® FLEX 100-R with polycarboxylate-based products.

Application
Dosage: 0.5 kg – 2.0 kg per 100 kg of cement. EKAN® FLEX 100-R is completely soluble in water. For optimal performance, it is recommended to add the product to the second half of the mixing water. The optimal dosage should be established after local tests on the desired mechanical properties of the concrete and the workability of the mix. Precautions
The shelf life of EKAN® FLEX 100-R is 12 months when stored in its original packaging in a dry environment protected from direct sunlight.
After a long period of inactivity, shake, stir the product, or use a circulation pump to homogenize it before use.
After a freeze/thaw cycle, mix the product before use.
Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
