Features
EKAN® FLEX 1011 is a highly effective water-reducing superplasticizer based on naphthalene sulfonate.
Thanks to its special formula, EKAN® FLEX 1011 improves workability and facilitates concrete placement. It is suitable for use in conditions where high workability is desired, and in situations requiring high early strength.
EKAN® FLEX 1011 contributes to concrete impermeability by reducing the water/cement ratio.
It is recommended not to mix or use EKAN® FLEX 1011 with polycarboxylate-based products

Application
Dosage: 1.0 kg – 2.0 kg per 100 kg of cement. EKAN® FLEX 1011 is completely soluble in water. For optimal performance, it is recommended to add the product to the second half of the mixing water. The optimal dosage should be established after local testing on the desired mechanical properties of the concrete and the workability of the mix. Precautions
The shelf life of EKAN® FLEX 1011 is 12 months when stored in its original packaging in a dry environment and protected from direct sunlight.
After a long period of inactivity, shake, stir the product, or use a circulation pump to homogenize it before use.
After a freeze/thaw cycle, mix the product before use.
Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
