Features
EKAN® GRIND 328 is a grinding aid specially formulated to increase the early and final strengths of cement. It increases mill production (from 10% to 25%) depending on equipment efficiency and the characteristics of the material to be ground.
Reduces shrinkage (initial hardening) and grinding energy costs.
The risk of false set is reduced due to lower grinding temperatures.
Improves the physical properties of the ground material and increases bulk density.
Improves powder flow characteristics before, during, and after storage.
Pack set and coating tendencies are significantly reduced.
Cement particle size distribution is improved, resulting in more complete hydration.

Areas of use
- All types of cement according to ENV 197-1, from Type I to Type V
- Production of rapid-hardening cement
Application
Dosage: 300–800 g/ton (optimal dose: 500 g/ton). EKAN® GRIND 328 is a ready-to-use liquid additive. The optimal dosage must be defined through local testing based on clinker grindability and required performance. For further details, please contact EKAN technical sales personnel.

Precautions
The shelf life of EKAN® GRIND 328 is 12 months from the date of manufacture, provided the product is not altered with other chemical substances.
Do not mix EKAN® GRIND 328 with any other product.
EKAN® GRIND 328 does not freeze above −5°C.
EKAN® GRIND 328 may cause irritation in case of contact with eyes and skin.
General industrial safety precautions (goggles, gloves, and mask) must be followed during handling.
If EKAN® GRIND 328 comes into contact with the skin, rinse immediately with water.
EKAN® GRIND 328 is non-flammable (flash point > 180°C).
Spills of EKAN® GRIND 328 can be removed with water.
