EKAN® PLAST 1806 is a mid-range water reducer and plasticizing additive.
EKAN® PLAST 1806 improves the rheological properties of concrete, enhancing its workability.
EKAN® PLAST 1806 helps increase production capacity by shortening mold stripping time.
Furthermore, EKAN® PLAST 1806 contributes to the impermeability and strength of concrete by reducing the water/cement ratio.

Application
Dosage: 0.5 kg – 1.6 kg per 100 kg of cement. EKAN® PLAST 1806 is completely water-soluble. For best performance, it is recommended to add the product to the second half of the mixing water. The optimal dosage should be determined after local tests on the desired mechanical properties of the concrete and the workability of the mixture. Precautions
The shelf life of EKAN® PLAST 1806 is 12 months when stored in its original packaging in a dry environment protected from direct sunlight.
After a long period of inactivity, shake/stir the product or use a circulation pump to homogenize it before use.
After a freeze/thaw cycle, stir the product before use.
Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
