Features
EKAN® SHOT 25 AF is an alkali-free, liquid set-accelerating additive for the production of shotcrete.
EKAN® SHOT 25 AF:
- Reduces the risk of concrete rebound.
- Contains no alkalis or chlorides.
- Does not cause further groundwater pollution.
- Significantly reduces dust formation.
- Allows for maximum concrete thickness to be achieved in a single application.
- Facilitates use by improving concrete adhesion in overhead applications.

Application
Dosage: Used in the range of 3% to 10% of the binder content in 1 m³ of concrete. EKAN® SHOT 25 AF is completely water-soluble. For best performance, add the product to the second half of the mixing water or pre-dilute it with water before application. The optimal dosage should be defined after local tests on the desired mechanical properties and the workability of the mix. For more information, please contact EKAN technical sales staff.

Precautions
The shelf life of EKAN® SHOT 25 AF is 12 months when stored in its original packaging in a dry environment protected from direct sunlight.
After a long period of inactivity, shake, stir the product, or use a circulation pump to homogenize it before use.
After a freeze/thaw cycle, stir the product before use.
Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
