Features
Readymesh PF is a high-performance stranded polyolefin structural macro-fiber, specifically designed for the creation of continuous concrete surfaces; it can also be used as a replacement for traditional steel reinforcement (only upon approval by the appointed structural engineer). The consistency, length, and surface finish of Readymesh PF have been specifically researched and developed for “exposed” applications, such as industrial concrete floors. It is specific for the construction of industrial flooring, precasting, and three-dimensional diffused reinforcement in cement mixes. Readymesh PF is available in two different lengths: Readymesh PF-180 = 18 mm; Readymesh PF-540 = 54 mm
Instructions for use
Add the fibers to the cement mix during mixing. Mix with the truck mixer drum at full speed for at least one minute for every m³ of mix. Depending on the application, the dosage is normally between 1 and 6 kg/m³ in combination with electrowelded mesh of a diameter and mesh size to be designed.
