Features
Readymesh PM is an auxiliary multifilament polypropylene micro-fiber suitable for addition to cementitious, lime-based, or mixed conglomerates. Adding Readymesh PM to the mix helps counteract plastic shrinkage cracking in plaster, mortar, screed, or concrete, while also providing positive effects regarding the ductility of the mix, freeze/thaw resistance, impact resistance, and overall impermeability. Readymesh PM fibers are CE marked and available in three different lengths: Readymesh PM-060 = 6 mm; Readymesh PM-120 = 12 mm; and Readymesh PM-180 = 18 mm.
Instructions for use
Add the fibers to the mix during blending. Mix with the concrete mixer drum at full speed for at least 5-6 minutes. The dosage, depending on the application, is normally between 600 g/m³ and 1.5 kg/m³. On average, 250 g of fibers per 200-liter construction site mixer. The addition of fibers may slightly modify the rheology of the cementitious mixture.
